Marc N. Dubick, M.D. is a board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management physician. He specializes in the treatment of the muscular and skeletal components of chronic pain. Dr. Dubick has particular expertise in Prolotherapy/Regenerative Injection Therapy, which helps strengthen weakened ligaments and tendons. His goal is to help his patients become as pain free as possible, improving their function and normalizing their life style. He graduated in 1975 from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and in 1970 from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After practicing Anesthesiology at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY for 17 years, Dr. Dubick gravitated to the field of chronic pain management where he was able to develop a continuity of care with his patients.He and his family relocated to Charleston in mid-2000, having lived for 30 years in Kentucky. After vacationing here for 12 years, the attraction of the Lowcountry brought Dr. Dubick and his family to this unique and special place.

It is my goal to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit here at our office. I will also do my best to assist you on the phone with the same cheerful spirit. Your health is our first priority, but in order for us to serve your needs we have to “pay the bills”. It is my task to collect money from insurance companies and patients to ensure that we continue to offer the unique care we provide. It is important to us that you always understand what you are being charged. Do not hesitate to contact me directly (843) 573.8874 with ANY questions about billing statements that you have received. We are not able to offer payment plans in our office but I am happy to give you information on short term medical loans if requested. I am in the office three days a week, so please allow me 24 hours to return your phone calls. I look forward to working with you.

I will handle your medical records with the utmost confidentiality in accord with federal HIPAA regulations. When requesting your medical records please give me at least 14 days written notice. These requests are processed in the order received and I work diligently to release them in a timely manner. I look forward to working with you. 


Kris Dubick
- Accounting Manager

I am in charge of general accounting for the practice . I have a master's degree in nursing and have been with Dr. Dubick's practice since its inception in 2000. During the last eight years I have filled in for every position, (except Dr. Dubick's), so from time to time, you may see me doing any myriad of activities. I often bring the famous therapy dog, Ozzie, to work with me.


Jennifer Sammons - Office Manager


My medical career began with Dr. Dubick in 2001 as his receptionist. Currently, I manage all aspects of the office and assist Dr. Dubick with procedures. Having performed every role in this office, I can confidently say that each member of this team can help you within their area of expertise.
