From Downtown Charleston Take Highway 17 South (toward Savannah) across the Ashley River Bridge. Follow Highwy 17 through West Ashley until you reach I-526. Take I-526 East (toward North Charleston/Mt. Pleasant). Exit on Ashley River Road North. At first traffic light, turn left into St. Francis-Xavier Hospital. From Charleston Int'l Airport Exit Aiport on International Blvd. Merge right onto I-526 towards Savanah. Take exit 11B toward SC-61N/Ashley River Rd. From Beaufort/Savannah Take Highway 17 North (toward Charleston). Once in West Ashley, take I-526 East (toward North Charleston/Mt. Pleasant). Exit on Ashley River Road North.
