Your health is our first priority, but in order for us to serve your needs we have to “pay the bills”. It is our Billing Specialist’s task to collect money from insurance companies and patients to ensure that we continue to offer the unique care we provide. Your insurance company, as well as our billing specialist, requires that you pay the appropriate amount, in full, on the day of your appointment. If you are a self pay patient we require you to pay for your initial evaluation one week prior to your appointment. This is a $200 fee. We accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.
It is important to us that you always understand what you are being charged. Do not hesitate to contact our Billing Specialist directly at (843) 573.8874 with ANY questions about billing statements that you have received. Please allow at least 24 hours to return your phone calls. When you receive a billing statement in the mail, we expect payment in full for the services rendered. For your convenience, you may call 24 hours a day and leave your Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date, and payment amount on our confidential voicemail (843) 573.8874. We are not able to offer payment plans in our office but we are happy to give you information on short term medical loans at your request.
We are “in-network” with many insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company prior to your appointment to see if Dr. Dubick is a participating provider. Our Billing Specialist will also check your medical benefits with your insurance company prior to your appointment.

If you are contracted with any other insurance company not listed here we are an “out-of-network” provider and you are responsible for any pre-certifications. Patients should call the customer service number on their card to determine benefits and provider participation.
Many insurance companies, including Medicare, Do NOT cover Prolotherpay injections. If you are a Medicare patient, you will be self-pay for any Prolotherapy injections. If you have an insurance company that does not cover Prolotherapy injections you will also be self-pay for the injections. The cost of the procedure will be discussed between you and our Billing Specialist prior to your procedure appointment.
